In recent years leading property developers in Hong Kong have faced the major challenges of declining foot traffic and shifting high-end consumer preferences at several flagship properties situated in the heart of the city.
Our client approached Lifestyle Federation to revitalize these retail spaces by creating a brand new Dining and Retail concept to drive foot traffic, increase customer awareness, improve the image of the shopping mall and create a snowball effect for other mall tenants.
Drawing on our understanding of affluent customer behaviours for the area, and our analysis of the latest trends in both lifestyle and property industries, our team developed the first premium multi-faceted gourmet dining-retail concept in Hong Kong. This innovative solution will lead to a rapid increase in affluent, high-spending lifestyle customers and ensure further appeal to a wide potential consumer market.
In addition to concept creation, Lifestyle Federation is also assisting in the execution of the project in order to create an overall seamless guest experience. Working closely with our client’s marketing and CRM department, we provide insights on interior designs and construction, coordination of food and beverage vendors and development of branding and marketing strategies.
The project is currently progressing with a scheduled launch in Q2 of 2018.
