Resort Total Experience Mapping
Lifestyle Federation was engaged by the owners of a resort development in Asia in mapping out all non-hotel features to be developed ranging from F&B, Retail, Facilities for recreation, education and all the way down to the creation of special events and attractions. Brainstorming sessions were carried out with the support of market research on what is existing in the vicinity and what is trending and popular around the world today. With deep understanding on the target markets and customer profiles a total experience map was created to facilitate management meetings with the owners where further instructions to drill deeper on more favorable ideas and initiatives were given in assisting to create business plans for funding approvals. Lifestyle Federation not only provided ideas but instead a total solution from concept creation to a detailed implementation plan with vendor options, cost and benefit analysis, capex, and all the way down to the operational level.
