220°C Baked

F&B PROJECT | HONG KONG

Hong Kong-style Western restaurants came about in the 50s to satisfy the desire of the general public to enjoy western cuisine in a fast-paced, convenient and affordable manner. As they developed, the concept of HK-style baked rice has now become a recurring classic dish in the menus of many restaurant. Baked rice’s attraction comes from its combination of East-meet-West ingredients, delicious sauce, baked to golden cheese and egg fried rice.

Our team at "220 Baked" strives to improve and create new tastes for this HK-style cooking and pass on this traditional dish from generation to generation. Our name "220°C Baked" comes from our baked rice being baked to order at 220 Celsius. Our chefs at "220°C Baked" have experience in various restaurants of different cuisines; and with their multi-cuisine knowledge and skills, they have explored and developed exciting and innovative tastes for our customers.

Our customers can also “create-their-own” one of a kind baked rice according to their preference by choosing their favourite main ingredients, cheese volume, type of rice and not to mention their own sauce from our wide selection of multi-cultural homemade sauces, each with their own uniqueness and flavours.
