The AIA Carnival is an annual event which takes place at the Central Harbour front, Hong Kong. The carnival attracts 1 million visitors every year, hiring over 1000 staff locally and internationally. LF Gourmet Studio was appointed to provide daily lunch and dinner meals to over 1000 staff per day during the duration of the carnival of over 2 months with careful considerations on diet, nutrition, cultures and variety of offerings to fuel staff in running and operating the carnival. Over 70,000 meals have been served adhering to strict hygiene protocols and rigid temperature control practices while playing our part in conserving the planet by implementing a zero-plastic policy for the entire period.
